Within a family home nestled in the heart of Karori, we worked with Penny and Bill to breathe new life into their traditional villa.

Utmost care was taken with every step to ensure we retained and refurbished key features of this period home in the proper manner.

This approach resulted in a modern, timeless design that respects the heritage and history of the existing structure.

With a background in Engineering and a tinkerer by nature, Tod is the go to man for anything mechanically orientated.

This month Tod lead our Build Better afternoon with a hands on workshop about Tool Maintenance.

Tods leadership in this space is evident as he coached our team through the method of keeping their nail guns in working order. An important responsibility of our builders to ensure their tools go the distance. Legend.

Through the challenges of a pandemic, materials shortages and economic instability, the journey to the completion of this home has been so incredibly worthwhile.

Built of passion and dedication, the collective imagination of this project has developed a soul of it's own.
