Architectural Draftsperson
We're looking for an energetic, highly skilled draftsperson ready to work on a range of residential projects.
Your role will be working alongside our design director, assisting with the documentation of our projects. We are looking for an Architectural draftsperson with 3+ years' experience in the industry. You should be proficient using Revit software and have a strong understanding of the Building Act, Building Code & NZS Standards.
About the role:
Ideally, you will have the following skill set.
- Reading archive plans and land survey information to create accurate existing and proposed models using Revit software.
- Perform accurate site measure of existing buildings.
- Compile building consent and resource consent documents to submit to local councils.
- Respond to RFI's from council in relation to building consent applications.
- Communicate with our inhouse builders during construction phase and provide revised documentation as required.
- You will have high attention to detail.
- A current, clean NZ driver's license.
- Residency or a valid visa to work in NZ as a minimum.
