Your role will be working alongside our design director, assisting with the documentation of our projects. We are looking for an Architectural draftsperson with 3+ years' experience in the industry. You should be proficient using Revit software and have a strong understanding of the Building Act, Building Code & NZS Standards.

• Reading archive plans and land survey information to create accurate existing and proposed models using Revit software.
• Perform accurate site measure of existing buildings.
• Compile building consent and resource consent documents to submit to local councils.
• Respond to RFI's from council in relation to building consent applications.
• Communicate with our inhouse builders during construction phase and provide revised documentation as required.
• You will have high attention to detail.
• A current, clean NZ driver's license.
  
• Residency or a valid visa to work in NZ as a minimum.

This job role is for an energetic, highly motivated LBP Carpenter. The role will put you in charge of a building site, with close communication with our project managers, design team, apprentices and our other licensed builders where required. If you don't hold an LBP Carpentry license, INLINE can assist you in gaining this qualification.

• Experience in the residential building sector both with renovations and new builds.
• Experience running small teams whilst meeting work schedules.
• Instructing sub-contractors and maintaining quality controls.
• Ownership of a trade vehicle in a presentable condition.
• Trade Tools - The ones you need to get the job done - If you're the right builder, you'll know what this means.
• You should be able to work fluidly and take ownership of tasks (Design&Build operates fluidly).
• You must be able to work in New Zealand, and based in the Wellington region.
